I've dealt with eczema and psoriasis my whole life. So after a lifetime spent using steroid creams for my reactive, sensitive skin I was beyond happy to find a genuinely natural formula that calmed my skin.
Originally trained as a skin therapist, I moved into natural health, working with Comvita in the early days, and from there into the Pharmaceutical industry where I've spent the last 30 years. I've worked in dermatology and appearance medicine and for some of the biggest names in global skincare; from Neutrogena and Aveeno to Medik8 and DMK.
Through this time I've come to recognise that well formulated natural skincare, using quality botanicals and extracts, can absolutely stand alongside product produced by the industry giants, for efficacy and quality. That's why I love that New Zealand Manuka Honey is the hero ingredient in this range. Supplied by nature and backed by science the benefits of New Zealand Manuka Honey have been thoroughly researched and documented.
When the opportunity came up to purchase Honey Bliss in 2024 I jumped at the chance, based on the reputation and formulation expertise of the original founder, Margie. I knew this was a product line therapists would love and customers would (and do) keep coming back to year after year.
I'm excited for the future of Honey Bliss. We've been producing premium quality Manuka honey skincare for more than a decade, that means a lot in this market. Our formulas are carefully crafted and refined using feedback from real people with sensitive skin issues, and alongside our original offering, we have an exciting pipeline of products that we can't wait to share with you.
