All orders are processed within 1-2 business days - excludes weekends and public holidays.
You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email once your order has shipped.
Please note we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Please note we do not ship to the US at this time.
Import Duties:
Please note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) these charges are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. Honey Bliss is not responsible for these charges. If they are applied, it is your responsibility to pay these charges.
Order status:
You will receive an email notification which includes tracking details from us when your order has shipped. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframes above, and you have received an order confirmation email, please contact us at hello@honeybliss.co.nz with your name and order number and we will follow up for you.
Once an order has arrived in its destination country, you are then responsible for all communication with your countries courier service.

Skin reactions to our products are rare. If your skin reacts to one of our products please let us know as soon as you can at hello@honeybliss.co.nz We will be in contact with you to arrange a refund and get the story on what happened. The feedback you give us helps us improve our products for everyone that uses them.
Only items purchased from the official Honey Bliss website can be returned or exchanged. Items purchased from our stockists must be returned or exchanged through the stockist you purchased it from.
If an item is unused and in its original packaging we will accept it for return or exchange within 14 days following its delivery. You will receive a full refund minus shipping costs. Shipping costs incurred returning the product are at your expense.
If your item is damaged on arrival please get in contact with us as soon as possible email hello@honeybliss.co.nz You must include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Rest assured we will do our best to achieve a satisfactory solution for you.
